Job summary

TJX Europe offers a Finance Apprenticeship where you’ll start on an AAT Level 3 program and progress to Level 4, with both levels taking about 36 months to complete. You’ll build technical accounting knowledge and gain understanding of basic accounts, financial statements, and TJX Europe's systems and processes.

You must have 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, plus strong communication skills and curiosity to connect with people and influence decisions in a dynamic retail environment.

• Natural curiosity, flexibility, and a talent for connecting with people

About the Program

You’ll quickly discover there’s a lot more to our Finance Apprenticeship than crunching numbers. For a start, you’ll get lots of training and experience in core operational areas of our business. You can gain further qualifications and build your career as you learn.

What You’ll Do

The apprenticeship is AAT (Association of Accounting Technicians) you will begin your journey on a Level 3 program after which you will complete the Level 4, both levels will take approximately 36 months to complete. You’ll acquire technical accounting knowledge (for understanding basic accounts and financial statements). Gain knowledge of our business, ethical standards, rules and regulations, and be introduced to our systems and processes.
