Vacancy Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated individual to gain experience in finance whilst working towards a recognised AAT qualification.
Luxury Leisure are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious individual to join their friendly and professional team, who will fully support the apprentice throughout their apprenticeship.
The purpose of this role is to provide effective support to the rest of Finance team and to undertake various finance based tasks.

1. To complete daily bank statement reconciliations.
2. Processing personal expenses & credit card statements accurately and efficiently.
3. Maintaining a log of weekly banking summaries, ensuring all updates and amendments are completed.
4. Update ATM & PDQ reconciliation.
5. Ensure all spreadsheets are reconciled for month end deadlines.
6. Assist with processing of invoices.
7. To cover and assist with Reception & Admin duties such as booking hotels, travel & meeting rooms, managing post, answering phone calls and other office duties.

Strong IT skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential for this role.
