Finance Analyst - Operations
37.5 hours p/w (Mon-Fri)
Hybrid - Toddington office twice a week

Are you ready to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're looking for a Finance Analyst to join our Operations Finance team, playing a vital role in managing utilities, rent, and rates across our Moto estate.

You will be responsible for:

• Partner with stakeholders in the South Region to provide financial insights and monthly reviews
• Prepare detailed budgets and forecasts for utilities (electricity, gas, water)
• Process monthly accruals and reconcile balance sheets, identifying risks and opportunities
• Ensure accurate billing and prompt payment by collaborating with internal teams and third parties
• Monitor energy-saving initiatives, tracking return on investment and addressing gaps
• Support compliance efforts, including SECR (Streamlined Energy and Carbon Reporting)
• Continuously improve reporting processes and financial controls for utilities, rent, and rates

What we're looking for:

• Experience in a similar finance role
• Part-qualified accountant (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA)
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and modelling
• Confidence working with large data sets
• A team player with initiative, enthusiasm, and the ability to meet deadlines
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail
