The opportunity
We have an opportunity for a Financial Crime Operations Analyst to join Castle Trust Bank, a fintech challenger bank providing property mortgages, retail finance lending, and savings accounts.
As part of our Compliance team, you will help safeguard the bank against financial crime risks such as Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing, Fraud, Bribery, Corruption, and Tax Evasion. Your main duties include supporting the First Line Operations team in preventing and detecting financial crime, conducting investigations, assessing high-risk onboarding cases, and supporting customer and transaction screening processes with proper documentation.
This role offers a hybrid working arrangement: 3 days in our Basingstoke office and the rest from home.
