Job summary

IRIS is seeking a commercially focused Finance Analyst to join the Commercial Finance team. You will partner with Sales and Marketing to deliver meaningful financial insight, support planning activities, and help drive business performance across forecasting, budgeting and reporting.

You'll gain exposure to senior stakeholders and play a key role in providing analysis that supports strategic decisions across the organisation, including newly acquired businesses and KPIs aligned to IRIS standards.

Qualifications

• Experience within FP&A, Commercial Finance, Management Accounting, or Finance Business Partnering.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into insights.
• Advanced Excel capabilities with large datasets.

Responsibilities

• Forecasting and budgeting for Sales and Marketing functions, overheads, and headcount.
• Assist with long-term financial planning processes.
• Support month-end activities including accruals and balance sheet responsibilities.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing leaders to manage costs and drive performance.
• Analyze marketing investments, campaign performance and conversion metrics.
