Job summary

BCT Resourcing is recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant focused on financial analysis in Borehamwood. You will combine management accounting duties with in-depth financial analysis, producing insights to support commercial decisions.

The role emphasises turning data into business intelligence, engaging with senior stakeholders and delivering regular reporting with attention to accuracy and timeliness. Hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Experience in a motor dealership or automotive dealer group.
• Experience in an Assistant Management Accountant, Management Accountant, Finance Analyst or similar role.
• Strong financial analysis, reporting and Excel proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Produce and analyse regular financial and management reports.
• Analyse dealership performance, margins, costs and profitability.
• Build and maintain financial models and commentary.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and cashflow analysis.
• Collaborate with senior management and operational teams.
• Ensure compliance with audit, VAT and reporting requirements.
