Job summary

Connect Legal Partners is seeking an accounts payable professional to join the finance team in a hybrid capacity. You will validate and pay a high volume of supplier invoices, support retainer and fixed fee billing, and reconcile accounts across the firm.

The role involves managing a shared inbox, resolving supplier queries, and contributing to process improvements within a busy legal finance function.

Qualifications

• Experience in accounts payable and invoice processing.
• Experience reconciling supplier accounts.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Good organisation and a customer-focused approach.

The role

You will join the accounts payable team, reporting to the AP manager.
