Connect Legal Partners is seeking a finance professional to manage the firm’s cash transactions across its offices. You will process client and office account payments, allocate receipts, and perform daily/monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.

You will support month-end reporting, drive process improvements, and work in a flexible, hybrid environment with focus on controls and professional development.

Formación

• Experience of bank reconciliations, payments and cash allocation.
• Good knowledge of financial controls.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Experience in a regulated finance setting, ideally a law firm, or a relevant degree.

A leading international law firm with offices across the UK and overseas. This role sits in the business services side of the firm, supporting lawyers and clients across the whole network.

The role

You will help manage the firm's cash transactions across its offices.

• Process client and office account payments, including foreign currency
• Allocate receipts and clear unallocated cash
• Carry out daily and monthly bank reconciliations
• Handle client money in line with regulatory rules
• Support month end reporting and suggest process improvements
