• Strong Excel skills and confidence with finance systems.
• AAT qualified or part-qualified accountant preferred.

Job description

Location: North Chailey, (Hybrid / Onsite)

Salary: A GBP 32,000 : A GBP 37,000 per annum (Depending on experience)

The Role

• Producing and analysing monthly management accounts
• Supporting the month:end close and budgeting/forecasting cycles
• Building strong relationships with budget holders, acting as a trusted advisor
• Developing dashboards, reports and visual tools that add real value
• Working with the Finance Business Partner and Head of Finance to support decision:making and planning
• Improving reporting processes and promoting consistency and automation
• Supporting statutory accounts, audits and other compliance returns
  
  

Skills And Qualifications

• Experience in a financial analysis or management accounts role
• Strong Excel skills and confidence working with finance systems
• Highly organised, proactive and detail:focused
• Able to work independently and explain financial information clearly
• Comfortable working in a changing environment with opportunities to shape and improve ways of working
• AAT qualified or part:qualified accountant (ACCA, CIMA, ACA) (Desirable)
