Job description

Are you an experienced finance professional with a passion for compliance? CMA Recruitment Group is partnering with a well-established, family-owned business based on the outskirts of Southampton, Hampshire, to recruit a Finance Analyst for a 12-month contract.

What will the Finance Analyst role involve?

1. Carrying out compliance reporting
2. Ensuring financial authorisation processes are adhered to
3. Supporting the month-end process, including accruals, prepayments, intercompany, and balance sheet reconciliations
4. Completing VAT returns
5. Overseeing accounts receivable and credit control activities for both intercompany and third-party clients

Suitable Candidate for the Finance Analyst vacancy:

1. Ideally AAT qualified, or with equivalent experience
2. Confident with Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
3. A self-sufficient, analytical professional with good interpersonal skills
