We are looking for a detail-driven Finance Administrator to join our team and provide essential support across payroll, invoicing, data management and general finance administration.

This role offers hands-on experience with payroll, invoicing, banking and accounts within a growing specialist

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills with formulas and data manipulation.
• Experience in an administrative role with high accuracy.
• Proactive approach to problem solving and data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Managing, reviewing and validating financial data and timesheets.
• Supporting the monthly payroll process and contractor information.
• Using Xero to prepare client invoices and maintain banking records.
• Reviewing contracts to ensure correct billing rates and payroll application.
• Assisting with general finance and administration duties and deadlines.
