Job summary

Tech Professionals Ltd. is seeking a detail-driven Finance Administrator to join the team and support payroll, invoicing, data management, and general finance administration.

The role focuses on accurate financial processing and timely payroll, with hands-on exposure to Excel, Xero and banking activities. You will contribute to the monthly payroll cycle, validate data, prepare client invoices, and ensure contract rates are applied correctly.

Qualifications

• Organised, reliable and comfortable with numbers and detail.
• Experience in an administrative role.
• Ability to meet monthly payroll deadlines.
• Payroll, invoicing, accounts or Xero experience advantageous

Responsibilities

• Manage, review and validate financial data using Excel.
• Support the monthly payroll process, including timesheets, expenses and contractor information
• Use Xero to prepare and generate client invoices
• Prepare BACS payment files and maintain banking records
• Review contracts to ensure rates are correctly applied for billing and payroll
• Check data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Support wider finance and administration functions as needed
• Work to monthly deadlines with high accuracy
