Job description

My client is a rapidly growing business based in the Swinton area. Due to the growth of the organisation, my client requires an administrator/data inputting assistant. This role is for a 6-month contract.

This role is responsible for the accurate recording of completed service information as required for billing, reporting, and legal compliance. The role involves working closely with various departments across the business to ensure consistent quality and adherence to KPIs. It has a key focus on interpreting and inputting data from supply chain documentation into the ERP system, ensuring all processes are diligently followed while observing company behaviours to maintain a cohesive and positive working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delivering consistent quality while inputting high volumes of information from varying formats, ensuring weekly and monthly inputting are completed by the KPIs
  • Monitoring and inputting data
  • Identifying open orders requiring input and chasing relevant parties for missing information
  • Accurately updating the internal query log and closing queries swiftly once resolved
  • Identifying missing and historical rebate prices and following up for accurate and current pricing
  • Filing all inputted paperwork accurately and uploading it onto the system as required
  • Supporting customer or supplier queries if needed
  • Performing ad-hoc administrative tasks as required

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in Accounts Administration or Data Input and be seeking a role with progression and development opportunities.
