Job Title: Temporary Finance Administrator

Rate: £12 - £13 per hour

Duration: Temporary, ongoing

Job Description

Pure is currently recruiting for a Temporary Finance Administrator for a versatile and dynamic business based in Ipswich Town Centre.

The successful candidate will have some accounts or admin experience and is looking to develop their knowledge in finance.

Key Responsibilities

1. Review and check accounts recorded on the system.
2. Liaise with other teams and third parties to resolve exceptions.
3. Produce illustrations showing current account projections.
4. Create and send annual reports to clients.
5. Use information from third parties to reconcile client accounts.
6. Liaise with teams and third parties to resolve client account queries.
7. Update internal systems to reflect current investment values.
8. Request and process tax certificates.

Candidate Profile
