Interaction Recruitment is currently looking for a Finance Administrator to work with our client based in Cullompton. The role is to start as soon as possible. Here’s a breakdown of the job details:

Main Duties:

  • Supporting and working alongside colleagues
  • Preparing quotes and proformas
  • Monitoring stock levels and reordering materials as needed
  • Communicating with customers via phone and email
  • Scheduling appointments
  • Coordinating with internal departments and customers to ensure timely deliveries
  • Maintaining customer records on internal databases
  • Producing regular reports using available tools
  • Ensuring smooth business operations by liaising with various departments

Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00
  • Pay: £28,000 to £30,000, depending on experience
