Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced IFA Administrator to join our client's team based in Bristol. This position involves supporting one IFA with all areas of administration, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison. The role requires the use of different CRM systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the client's Propositions as part of the Business Support Team.
  • Manage appointment scheduling for Premium Support Consultants and additional requests promptly.
  • Update the back office system to ensure accurate client data throughout the process.
  • Maintain fully compliant files with documents stored on the client's Document Management/workflow and diary system for instant staff access.
  • Produce client valuations for annual reviews and in line with the Client Service Agreement, and raise invoices for additional requests outside the paid service.
  • Process servicing tasks according to the Client Service Agreement, including invoicing for extra requests.
  • Handle work effectively and accurately to ensure timely Client Services and target achievement.
  • Build relationships with clients, consultants, and third parties through regular contact.
  • Participate in project-related work to meet company goals and targets.
  • Support colleagues by sharing workloads to reach team objectives.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Essential: Administration and customer service experience.
  • Beneficial: Telephone-based experience and Financial Services experience, preferably in a life and pensions environment.
  • Qualifications are desirable, or a willingness to study.

This is a full-time, office-based role near Bristol.
