Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting a Final Sums Analyst to support a major UK energy and infrastructure programme from Warwick. The role is hybrid (1-2 days on site) and initially a 3-month contract with potential extension.

You will coordinate specialist settlement and governance processes within a large regulatory programme and engage with regulators, industry bodies, and internal teams to drive delivery. The ideal candidate will manage multiple workstreams, facilitate stakeholder discussions, and produce

Qualifications

• Experience working in regulated environments such as utilities, energy, infrastructure or similar sectors.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building capabilities.
• Proven governance, coordination or programme-management experience.
• Ability to take ownership, drive activities forward and work independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with influence across senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across a complex regulatory programme.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, regulators and internal SME teams.
• Lead meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare agendas, papers and supporting documentation.
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support governance and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate reviews of external submissions and drive progress to resolution.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and regulatory teams to support process design and implementation.
• Produce clear updates and reporting for senior stakeholders.
