Job summary

Pontoon is recruiting an Analyst in Warwick for a hybrid role (1-2 days onsite). The contract is an initial 3-month assignment with a daily pay rate of £400 via Umbrella (Inside IR35).

You will support a major regulatory programme focused on electricity network connections, coordinating internal and external stakeholders and governance processes. Qualifications

• Proven stakeholder management and engagement experience.
• Experience working within a regulated environment such as utilities, infrastructure, energy, transport or similar sectors.
• Strong programme, project or governance coordination experience.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership and drive activities forward.
• Excellent communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational skills with experience managing actions, risks and deliverables.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery activities across a complex regulatory programme.
• Build and manage relationships with external stakeholders, regulators and internal SME teams.
• Lead meetings, workshops and stakeholder discussions.
• Prepare agendas, papers and supporting documentation
• Track actions, risks, issues and dependencies across multiple workstreams.
• Support governance and decision-making processes.
• Coordinate reviews of external submissions and drive progress to resolution.
• Collaborate with finance, legal and regulatory teams to support process design and implementation.
• Produce clear updates and reporting for senior stakeholders.
