Job summary

JDR Recruitment is seeking a Production Operative to join a fast-paced manufacturing team in Pleasley Vale. You will handle finished components, perform visual quality checks, assemble products, and prepare items for dispatch.

The role requires reliable, detail-oriented individuals who can follow work instructions, stand for long periods, and work as part of a team. Weekly pay at £12.71 per hour is provided. Hours: Mon-Thu 06:00-14:10, Fri 06:00-12:00, with potential overtime.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or factory environment.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to follow work instructions and procedures.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to perform manual handling tasks and remain on your feet during shifts.

Responsibilities

• Handle finished components and carry out visual quality checks.

• Pack finished products and ensure correct quantities and labels.
