Job summary

Impact Recruitment Services is seeking a Production Operative for a role in Flitwick. The position offers a day shift from Monday to Friday (6:00am-2:30pm, Friday 6:00am-12:00pm) with weekends off, and a basic pay of £12.71 per hour.

The client looks for candidates with prior production experience and a strong eye for detail. You will be responsible for packing, assembling, finishing and rework at the end of the line, and for monitoring machines to meet quality standards while maintaining safe

• Manual packing of products into correct boxes to required quality.
• Assembling and packing products at end of production line.
• End of line finishing and rework to maintain quality standards.
• Monitor production machines to ensure output aligns with quality programme and operate safely.
