Job summary

MUBI is seeking a MUBI SHOP Intern in London to support ecommerce and shop operations. You will work with the Senior Digital Commerce Manager across Creative, Logistics and Marketing to grow MUBI SHOP globally.

You will gain hands-on experience with Shopify, inventory management, merchandising and basic marketing tasks while supporting cross-functional teams. This hybrid role requires 3 London office days per week.

Qualifications

• Experience or interest in e-commerce operations and Shopify platforms.
• Ability to assist with product uploads, merchandising and UX improvements.
• Comfort with forecasting, inventory coordination and cross-functional tasks.

Responsibilities

• Shopify & E‑Merchandising: assist with product uploads, deactivation and UX improvements.
• Operations & Logistics: coordinate with Customer Support, communicate merch drops and provide updates.
• Administrative Support: manage sales/invoice coordination and basic admin tasks.
• Marketing & CRM: help with copy proofreading, asset review, campaign links, CRM updates.
• Cross-functional Communication: collaborate with global teams for timely product information and market adaptations.
• Website Maintenance: run routine checks and report issues to the team.
