Job summary

Qualifications

• 4–9 years’ experience in investment banking within a Financial Institutions team.
• Strong financial modelling, valuation and transaction execution experience.
• Comfortable managing workstreams and junior team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of M&A and advisory transactions across FIG sectors
• Oversee financial modelling, valuation and preparation of client materials
• Support pitch processes and client relationship development
• Work closely with senior bankers and external advisors throughout the deal lifecycle
