Freshfields seeks an experienced Business Development Manager to grow the Financial Institutions Group (FIG) practice in London and beyond. You will partner with market-leading lawyers and major financial institutions to shape strategy and drive revenue opportunities.

You will lead pitches, client programs and market initiatives, while collaborating across practices and jurisdictions to deliver measurable impact for the firm’s FIG sector.

Qualifications

• Ambitious, commercially minded BD professional with global/intl exposure.
• Experience supporting professional services or financial services practices.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and work with partners.

Responsibilities

• Shape and execute business development plans for the FIG practice globally.
• Lead the development of client pitches, proposals, and panel submissions.
• Build and deepen relationships with key financial institution clients, supporting client programmes.
