HomeServe is hiring a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer to assist with repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers' homes. You will support on-site engineers, learn on the job, and deliver excellent customer service in diverse outdoor environments.
The role is field-based with autonomia and an emphasis on safety, training, and progression. A full UK driving licence and a proactive attitude are expected, with a competitive package and development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Awareness of safe digging practices.
- Groundwork experience helpful.
- Full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
- Strong customer service skills.
- Good problem-solving ability.
- Positive, proactive approach to work.
Responsibilities
- Support the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers' homes.
- Assist experienced engineers on-site while developing technical skills.
