Job summary

HomeServe is hiring a Water Supply Pipe Support Engineer in Northampton. This field-based role involves supporting the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes, working with experienced engineers to build skills and providing excellent customer service in diverse environments.

You’ll join a team that values hands-on learning, with a structured onboarding programme and ongoing development to progress toward full qualification as a Water Supply Pipe Engineer.

Qualifications

• Awareness of safe digging practices.
• A full UK Driving Licence (max 6 penalty points).
• Good problem-solving ability.
• A positive, proactive approach to your work.

Responsibilities

• Support the repair and maintenance of water supply pipes in customers’ homes.
• Assist experienced engineers on-site while developing your technical skills.
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at every interaction.
• Work safely and efficiently in a variety of outdoor environments.
• Contribute to a team that takes pride in doing the job right first time.
