Job summary

HomeServe UK is seeking a Water Supply Pipe Engineer to perform repairs and maintenance in customers’ homes, focusing on water mains leaks and pipework installation. You’ll manage jobs independently, ensuring high standards of service and safety.

You will work around 40 hours per week, including evenings, weekends and bank holidays, and will receive a competitive package with a guaranteed first-year bonus plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience working on water mains repairs, installation and leak detection.
• Full UK Driving Licence with up to 6 penalty points.
• Ability to work independently and on-site with a proactive approach.
• Positive, proactive attitude and focus on customer service.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing and repairing leaks on water mains.
• Laying and replacing pipework.
• Excavation and reinstatement work where required.
• Managing jobs independently while delivering excellent customer service.
• Representing HomeServe in customers’ homes with professionalism and care.
