Job summary

Adecco in London is seeking an experienced Property Advisor to support the turnaround and letting of void properties across Ealing. This full-time, office-based role includes regular travel around the borough; a car user is preferred and a full UK driving licence is desirable.

You will prepare void properties for re-let, working with Housing, Allocations and Repairs to ensure homes are let quickly and efficiently.

Qualifications

Experience carrying out viewings and sign-ups of void properties.
Strong understanding of voids and lettings process.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workload.
Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and housing management systems.
Experience maintaining accurate records and meeting targets.

Responsibilities

Arrange and conduct viewings of void properties.
Complete tenancy sign-ups in line with council procedures.
Promote available properties and support applicants through the lettings process.
Liaise with Allocations, Housing Officers, Surveyors and contractors to progress voids.
Maintain accurate property and tenancy records using housing management systems.
Manage property keys and access arrangements.
Support vulnerable residents and liaise with relevant agencies where required.
Ensure properties meet lettable standards and all compliance requirements.
