The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Field Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team, reporting to the VM Manager. You will support the execution of visual standards across our boutiques and help create an exceptional in-store experience reflecting the LUCA FALONI aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal visual merchandising guidelines across stores
• Support product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling
• Maintain consistency of visual standards, including fixtures, lighting, and signage
• Collaborate with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Conduct store visits and provide visual feedback
• Assist in planning and setting up store openings and promotional events

About You

• Experience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion preferred
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling
• Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for menswear, luxury retail, and LUCA FALONI
