The Role

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Field Visual Merchandiser to join our retail team, reporting to the VM Manager. Your role will involve supporting the implementation of visual standards across our boutiques and enhancing the in-store experience in line with the LUCA FALONI aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in executing seasonal visual merchandising guidelines in stores
2. Support product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling to reflect brand identity
3. Maintain consistency of visual standards across all touchpoints, including fixtures, lighting, and signage
4. Collaborate with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams
5. Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual execution
6. Assist in planning and setting up store openings and promotional events

About You

1. Experience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion is preferred
2. Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through product presentation
3. Proactive, organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Passion for menswear, luxury retail, and the LUCA FALONI brand
