The Role

We seek a passionate and detail-oriented Field Visual Merchandiser reporting to the VM Manager to support our retail team. You will help execute visual standards across boutiques and contribute to creating an exceptional in-store experience reflecting LUCA FALONI’s aesthetic.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement seasonal visual merchandising guidelines in stores
• Support product presentation, window displays, and in-store styling to align with brand identity
• Maintain consistency of visual standards across fixtures, lighting, and signage
• Collaborate with retail, marketing, and merchandising teams
• Conduct store visits and provide feedback on visual execution
• Assist in planning and setting up store openings and promotional events

About You

• Experience or education in visual merchandising, retail design, or fashion is preferred
• Strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling through presentation
• Proactive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working independently and in teams
• Passion for menswear, luxury retail, and LUCA FALONI
