THE TALENT BRANCH is seeking an experienced Upholsterer to join a leading furniture restoration team. The role involves in-home visits to inspect, diagnose and restore upholstered furniture with independence in a field-based setting.

Qualifications

• Significant hands-on experience in domestic upholstery or restoration.
• Strong knowledge of modern furniture materials and repair methods.
• Good written and verbal communication for customer reports.
• Organised, proactive and able to work under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers at home to inspect furniture and diagnose repair needs.
• Carry out repairs to upholstery to a high standard using provided kits.
• Produce clear written reports for business and customer after each visit.
• Advise customers on ongoing care and maintenance of products.
• Represent the business professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
