• Significant hands-on experience in domestic upholstery, furniture repair, or production/restoration techniques.
• Strong knowledge of modern furniture materials and repair methods.
• Able to produce clear customer-facing reports after visits.

Responsibilities

• Visit customers in their homes to inspect furniture and upholstery, diagnosing the needed repair or restoration work.
• Carry out repairs to upholstered furniture to a high standard using provided tools and materials.
• Produce clear, accurate written reports for the business and customer after each visit.
• Advise customers on ongoing product care and maintenance.
• Represent the business professionally and deliver excellent customer service.
