Worcester Bosch is looking for a Mobile Training Engineer (Central) to deliver high‑quality training on heat pumps, renewables and combustion products to customers and staff across the UK. The role involves field travel with a mobile training van, partner centres, and Worcester Bosch locations.

You will support the electrification strategy, develop training content, and collaborate with the sales team on launches and events, across the UK and Ireland.

Competenze

• Previous experience in a training capacity is preferable but not essential.
• ACS CCN1 & CENWAT are required qualifications.
• Knowledge of low temperature systems, installations and commissioning procedures.
• NVQ Level 3 in plumbing and heating or equivalent experience.
• Full driving licence is essential.

Mansioni

• Provide training on Combustion products using mobile training van, partner centres and Worcester Bosch locations.
• Deliver training to customers on Heat Pumps to support market share growth in renewables.
• Train customers and internal employees on Gas, Oil and Renewable products at customer locations and training centres.
• Develop and maintain relationships with colleges and partner centres in your area.
• Assist the sales force with product launches, exhibitions and factory tours.
• Prepare course content and materials.
• Maintain and update the Mobile Training Van and related resources.
• Develop new and existing courses for products and legislation.
• Participate in train-the-trainer projects for new products and services.
