Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Therapy Specialist to deliver clinical and educational support across the UK, focusing on low, mid, and high acuity settings in Med/Surg wards and ICU. You will act as the primary clinical contact in nominated accounts to support Baxter in achieving sales objectives and to expand the education strategy nationwide.

This field-based role covers the Manchester/Leeds region with potential extensive travel.

Qualifications

Must hold an RGN or equivalent healthcare qualification.
Current NMC registration or equivalent.
Post-graduate qualification in Tissue Viability or wound care, as well as knowledge and understanding of related protocols.

Responsibilities

Act as primary clinical resource for account managers and clinicians.
Identify and develop key opinion leaders for evidence generation and education.
Provide in-field and remote clinical & technical support to multidisciplinary teams for Baxter products.
Attend training days and deliver in-service training.
Maintain training records for key personnel and equipment operation.
Develop understanding of hospital workflows and stakeholder networks to drive opportunities.
Respond to complex customer needs with proactive, creative solutions.
Attend conferences/exhibitions to demonstrate Baxter products and solutions.
