Job summary

Baxter International in the United Kingdom seeks a Therapy Specialist to support Healthcare Professionals with our beds, surfaces, safe patient handling equipment and low-to-high acuity solutions across Med/Surg wards and ICU. You will coordinate clinical and educational support and contribute to regional training to help Baxter achieve its commercial and patient-safety goals.

This field-based role covers the Manchester/Leeds region with travel; you will work with account managers, clinicians

Qualifications

• The role requires an RGN or similar professional healthcare qualification and NMC registration.
• Experience in healthcare environment with knowledge of Tissue Viability or wound care and NHS/private sector knowledge.
• Ability to demonstrate, present, and conduct ward visits on site using Baxter solutions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to travel overnight when required.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary clinical resource to identify key clinicians and cultivate relationships with focus groups.
• Develop key opinion leaders and opportunities for case studies and clinical papers.
• Provide in-field and remote clinical and technical support to multidisciplinary teams.
• Attend training days to deliver in-service training on Baxter products.
• Maintain training records of personnel for device operation.
• Understand hospital workflows and stakeholder groups to drive future sales opportunities.
• Respond to complex customer needs with creative, feasible solutions.
• Attend account planning meetings with managers to execute business plans.
• Support Baxter marketing with latest clinical evidence and market insights.
• Record customer activities in the CRM system.
• Support revenue through clinical roadshows and ward activities.
• Produce training materials tailored to customers and Baxter solutions.
• Maintain knowledge of competitor products and provide data to sales/marketing.
• Facilitate internal product training as needed.
• Attend Conferences/Exhibitions to demonstrate Baxter solutions.
