Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Telematics Engineer or Auto Electrician for a field-based role across the North West / M62 corridor, commuting from Manchester, Bolton, Huddersfield, Halifax, Bradford and Leeds.

You will install, service and fault-find telematics equipment including DVR systems, with full training provided. The role is Monday to Friday with 1 in 3 Saturdays, door-to-door overtime, a company van and discretionary bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience installing or working with vehicle electrical systems.
• Experience with telematics devices or DVR systems is a plus.
• Full UK driving licence and field-based work capability.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and fault find on telematics equipment including DVR systems.
• Work across the North West / M62 corridor field-based patch.
• Maintain and diagnose vehicle electrical systems during installations.

The Role

• Installing, servicing and fault finding on telematics equipment, including DVR systems
• Working across a field-based patch along the North West / M62 corridor
• Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays
• Door-to-door overtime and opportunities to increase earnings

The Person

• Telematics Engineer, Auto Electrician or similar electrical/vehicle installation background
• Experience installing or working with vehicle electrical systems, telematics or similar equipment
• Full UK driving licence
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based role
