Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Telford

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Telford, United Kingdom. Candidates must be eligible for a UK work permit and able to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a company providing services to the public sector, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

We are interested in candidates with demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural documents to standards of quality and timeliness under supervision.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Escalating issues to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Reviewing and managing open incidents daily, ensuring efficient workflow and incident resolution.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and working with network infrastructure products or PCs.
