Job Description:

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when required.

We want to hear from you if you meet the following criteria:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials using current contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Providing technical support for installed solutions, including break/fix support for customers.
• Escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents of similar nature.
• Reviewing open incidents daily, actively managing your workflow and utilization to resolve issues efficiently.
• Ideally, experience with IP networks and knowledge of network infrastructure products / PCs.
