Job Title: Field Technician (Previous Relevant Experience is Required), Ipswich

We are seeking experienced IT Field Engineers to join our team in Ipswich. Candidates must be eligible for Garda clearance and willing to travel to customer sites and our Dublin head office as needed.

This role offers an opportunity to work with a company serving public sector clients, contributing to national safety and life-saving initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural standards, under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
2. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and fixing customer solutions.
3. Escalate ongoing issues through the appropriate channels for problem management.
4. Review and manage open incidents daily, ensuring timely resolution and efficient workflow.
5. Possess IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC products.
