Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. You will need to qualify for Garda clearance to work for us and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin when needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company that delivers services to our public sector customers and plays a vital role in keeping the country safe and saving lives.

We want to hear from you if you have:

• Experience assisting with the installation of equipment and materials according to contract manuals and procedural documents, ensuring quality and timeliness under the guidance of the Project Lead Engineer / Field Engineer.
• Technical support experience for installed solutions, including break/fix support.
• Experience escalating issues via Field Engineer / Senior Engineer to Problem Management for ongoing incidents.
• Ability to review and manage open incidents daily, oversee your workflow, and close incidents efficiently.
• Ideally, IP experience and knowledge of network infrastructure products and PCs.
