Field Technician

We are looking to recruit IT Field Engineers to join our team in the Republic of Ireland. Candidates must qualify for Garda clearance and be willing to travel to customer sites and our head office in Dublin as needed.

This is a great opportunity to work for a company delivering services to public sector clients and contributing to national safety and life-saving efforts.

Ideal candidates will have demonstrable experience in:

• Assisting with the installation of equipment and materials, following contract manuals and procedural standards under supervision.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting for installed solutions.
• Escalating issues to senior engineers for ongoing incidents.
• Managing daily incident reviews and workflow to resolve open issues efficiently.
• IP network experience and knowledge of network infrastructure and PC hardware are preferred.
