Formación

• Experience in technical repair, maintenance or field technician roles.
• Experience with precision instruments and microscope work.
• Ability to repair, maintain and service equipment to internal/corporate standards.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Responsabilidades

• Repair and maintain Smith+ Nephew equipment in line with procedures and standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance for service contracts and ensure contractual compliance.
• Complete training and certification to service multiple product franchises.
• Service precision instruments, including microscope work and sharpening surgical tools.
• Support the Service Engineering team and manage inventory levels.
• Assist Operations Leads with inventory management and stock counts.
• Build relations with customers, hospital staff and sales teams.
• Ensure activities are completed efficiently, on time and cost-effectively.
• Meet and exceed personal KPIs and performance targets.
