Job summary

Brooks is hiring a Technical Representative to lead field support across the territory, driving awareness and loyalty through grassroots events and retailer seminars.

You will collaborate with Sales and Marketing on product launches, in-store merchandising, and promotional activities, while educating partners on Brooks technology and product leadership. Extensive travel and weekend work are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience (Athletic Specialty preferred).
• 2+ years of Marketing/Sales experience within sports industry preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel extensively and work weekends as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead field support efforts for Brooks at Specialty Running Accounts (SRA) and Non-Specialty accounts within the territory.
• Support Sales and Marketing with product launches, in-store merchandising, and grassroots programs.
• Collaborate with Sales Management on National Account sell-thru programs and promotions.
• Educate retailers and consumers about Brooks technology and product leadership via seminars and clinics.
• Communicate brand positioning and competitor activity to Sales Rep; highlight issues and successes.
• Provide feedback via ForceManager to measure effectiveness of product initiatives.
• Represent Brooks at running events and expos, including branding and product trials.
