Job summary

ScotRail is seeking a Field Systems Engineer to maintain Customer Information, Security and Retail Systems across Scotland. You will perform planned maintenance, fault response, site surveys and safety audits, ensuring systems operate to high standards.

You will work with Senior Field Systems Engineers, contribute to quality improvements, and support training and reporting. A 35-hour week and travel across the network are involved.

Qualifications

• Experience with railway Customer Information, Security and Retail Systems.
• Railway engineering and terminal operations experience, plus Personal Track Safety.
• Experience producing Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and Work Package Plans.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ScotRail Customer Information, Security and Retail Systems.
• Perform planned maintenance and fault response across the network.
• Contribute to site surveys, safety audits and documentation.
• Provide training and support to colleagues and produce performance reports.
