Job summary

McAllister is seeking a Schemes Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in planning, coordinating and delivering sewer rehabilitation projects. The role blends field supervision with operational management, emphasising safety, efficiency and client-aligned delivery.

You will lead lining crews, oversee multiple sites, and coordinate resources, logistics and programmes while promoting strong safety culture and quality standards across the division.

Qualifications

• Experience in CIPP lining or trenchless rehabilitation projects.
• Proven track record supervising lining crews or operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of lining installation methods and site practices.
• Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple sites or teams simultaneously.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience supporting planning or operations management functions.
• SMSTS/SSSTS certification.
• Confined Space Training certification.
• First Aid at Work certification.

Responsibilities

• Support the Operations Manager in delivering lining projects across multiple crews and sites.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure safe, efficient work meeting quality standards.
• Coordinate labour, plant and materials to maintain programme delivery.
• Monitor progress and flag risks to programme or productivity.
• Ensure lining works meet specifications and client requirements.
• Provide leadership to lining crews, supervisors and operatives.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor performance, safety, and quality.
• Assist in resolving operational issues on site.
• Promote high standards of safety, workmanship and professionalism.
