Job summary

McAllister, A Vortex Company, is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead trenchless rehabilitation projects across the UK, from planning through to completion. You will drive delivery safely, on time and within budget while upholding the highest quality standards.

The role requires strong leadership, commercial awareness, and the ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, clients, authorities and residents to minimise disruption.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing projects in drainage, utilities, civil engineering, or trenchless technology.
• Strong project management and organisational skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience managing operational teams and subcontractors.
• Strong commercial awareness and budget management capability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and successful delivery of drainage rehabilitation projects using CIPP/CIPR technologies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project programmes and delivery plans.
• Define project scope, resource requirements, sequencing, and operational strategies.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects across various operational locations.
