McALLISTER is seeking a Schemes Supervisor to support the Operations Manager in the planning and delivery of sewer rehabilitation works. This role requires a strong technical understanding of CIPP lining processes and involves managing multiple teams on site.

You will provide leadership to crews and ensure all operations meet safety standards and client requirements. Ideal candidates should have supervisory experience and a commitment to safety and quality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience within CIPP lining / trenchless rehabilitation.
• Proven experience supervising lining crews or operational teams.
• Strong knowledge of lining installation methods and site practices.
