Based in the Reading Area or Colchester Area - head office Monmouth

About The Role

As a Regional Field Service Engineer, you will undertake a range of duties including installation, commissioning, and training for site operators on water treatment solutions. Working with the operational team, you will ensure equipment is installed and commissioned safely, handing over the asset to the client.

We seek candidates passionate about making a difference in the water and environmental sector, with a practical and positive outlook. Prior experience in the service industry, especially related to water and environmental aspects, is ideal, but we are also open to candidates from construction services backgrounds. Your enthusiasm to contribute to a cleaner, greener world is what matters most.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for equipment installation and service duties, including electrical, mechanical, and instrumentation work
• Commissioning, testing, and maintenance of systems according to planned schedules, including PPM
• Engaging positively in fault finding and breakdown response
• Liaising with clients and contractors on third-party sites
• Adhering strictly to safe systems of work

Qualifications & Experience

• Experience in the water sector or similar process-related industry
• Full driving license
• Ability to demonstrate initiative and professionalism when dealing with customers
