Job summary

Senior Field Service Engineer role in London for a Manufacturer serving the retail sector. Permanent position.

Salary

SALARY - £30,000 - £37,000 per annum, dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Repair and Maintenance of Mechanical/Retail equipment
• Fault finding
• General maintenance
• Electro-Mechanical maintenance and repair
• Around 20% of work at the company base and 80% servicing
• Developing strong relationships with customers

Qualifications / Attributes

• Roughly 5-10 years’ relevant experience in a servicing role
• Understanding of auto-electrics and some mechanical skills
• Experience servicing small vehicles such as dock levellers, forklifts, industrial compactors or similar (beneficial)
• Experience with hydraulics is needed
• Great communication and customer service skills
• Flexible with working hours Monday-Friday
• Team player who is passionate about their work
• Willing to travel on a field basis approximately 80% of the time
• Holds a full UK driving license
