We’re currently looking for a Field Service Engineer to join our Customer Service Engineering team, covering the South East London region.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Visit customer sites within your territory to perform servicing, repairs, and preventative maintenance on a wide range of Jungheinrich forklift trucks and material handling equipment
• Manage and maintain parts stock and ensure accurate completion of service reports and timesheets
• Deliver excellent customer service through professional on-site support

What We’re Looking For

This role is ideal for mechanically or electrically biased engineers from any of the following backgrounds:

• Automotive, HGV, mobile plant, forklift, or
• Ex-forces military vehicle engineering

We’re looking for individuals who:

• Hold a full UK driving license
• Have experience working independently
• Are comfortable in customer-facing environments
• Are proactive, reliable, and solution-oriented
